Cancel your subscription

You can cancel any time. There are two ways to do it, and both work.

1. Cancel it yourself

Log in to your account here. We'll email you a code, so there's no password to remember.

Once you're in, open Subscriptions in the menu. You'll see your subscription there with the option to cancel, pause, skip a delivery, or change how often it arrives.

2. Or just email us

Prefer a human? Send a message to hello@ellehall.com from the email address you ordered with, and tell us you'd like to cancel.

We'll cancel it and reply to confirm. You don't need a reason. One email is all it takes.

What happens to money already taken

Cancelling stops all future charges.

If you've been charged for an order we haven't shipped yet, tell us and we'll refund it in full. Orders that have already shipped aren't refunded, because face cloths are a single-use hygiene product, but if anything arrives damaged we'll replace it free of charge.

If you're waiting on an order

We're currently sold out and the next batch ships between 1 and 5 October 2026. If you'd rather not wait, email us and we'll cancel and refund you, no questions asked.
