All custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

As each custom order is made specifically to your requested customization, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to the 4–16 week estimated production and delivery timeline required for customization and fulfillment.
