Production and delivery timelines for custom orders may take anywhere from 4–16 weeks depending on the size of the order, customization requirements, production scheduling, and shipping carrier timelines.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to these estimated timelines. While we always do our best to complete and deliver orders as quickly as possible, timelines are estimates only and may vary. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

As each custom order is made specifically to your requested customization, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for these items.
